T-Mobile Shadow Revamped as a Smartphone

The T-Mobile Shadow is getting a smart phone makeover for 2009. The new Shadow will run Windows Mobile 6.1, be HotSpot-enabled for use with T-Mobile Unlimited HotSpot Calling service, and have access to Wi-Fi networks.

Macworld: Best of Show 2009

Every January, Macworld's editors scour the show floor at Macworld Expo to find the hottest products making their debut at the trade show. This year, they chose nine products worthy of receiving a Macworld Best of Show award.

Want to “Do” Tech or Teach Tech?

The press release for a new book called “200 Best Jobs for College Graduates” included some IT salary information. I was a bit surprised by the low starting salaries. My in-college daughter wants to be a teacher, and the starting salary for a brand new college graduate in the district that employs my wife is $45,000. That beats all but one of the “best” jobs in the press release.
